1. All Custom-Made and Non-Stock items, Personalized or Engraved Products are FINAL SALE.

2. No Returns on Special Orders or Altered Items.

3. Any claims or exchanges require pre-approval.

4. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

5. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in anyway will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at sender’s expense.

6. To complete your exchange, send us an email at [email protected] with a receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Please do not mail any items back to us without approval. We will send you an email with shipping instructions. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.
